The grain dryer with parallel and counter current adopts the combined drying process of "parallel and counter current" and implements the grain drying tower of "sectional variable temperature drying" according to the grain heating temperature. There is a slow Su section between each drying section, and "drying slow Su" is carried out alternately.
In the upstream drying section of the top, a higher hot air temperature is used to make the grain temperature rise rapidly, evaporate rapidly and take away most of the surface moisture; The middle drying section adopts medium hot air temperature to remove a lot of moisture; After the above drying section, the grain temperature has increased, so the lower temperature in the bottom counter current drying section can remove the moisture with strong adsorption inside the grain and avoid the grain temperature rising too high; Finally, through the full cooling of the cooling section, the grain that reaches the safe moisture and temperature can be directly put into storage.
